Returns for full price styles
We hope you liked your items and enjoy them!
If they did not meet your expectations or you wish to make a change, you can do so within the next 15 days by filling out the attached form and following these steps:
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition.
All refunds will be made in the original form of payment.
Items on SALE are non-refundable. In this case, a coupon will be issued that can be used on any product on our website.
For size and style modifications, a return and a new order are required
International Orders
From EU and UK:
We can provide you with a return label to drop off at a DHL collection point to ship the products back to Spain. For this service, 30 £ / 35€ will be deducted from your refund/voucher (4£ /3€ additional for each extra item).
From USA:
We can provide you with a UPS return label to ship to our warehouse in the USA. $20 USD will be deducted from your refund/voucher (additional $2 for each extra item).
Other countries:
We can provide you with a DHL return label and $58 will be deducted from your refund/voucher (additional $10 for each extra item).
National Orders
Spain: We will provide you with the return label to drop off at a DHL pick-up point the cost of the return label (€8) will be deducted from the refund and/or voucher.

Once we receive the package in perfect conditions, our team will process the refund. This process can take 3-5 working days.
Our warehouses are located in Shanghai and Spain. Orders from Europe are shipped from our warehouse in Spain and the rest of the world from Shanghai. Returns for the US will be managed locally.
The original shipping charge for online orders under 300$ is not refunded.
Please note that we do not refund shipping costs, or any duties or taxes incurred. The return shipping charge to our warehouse are at your own cost. CeliaB Co. LTD will not cover any customs charges.
Please ensure that you keep a note of your tracking and proof of postage until your return has been fully processed.
Returns for discounted styles
Items on SALE or past collections are not refundable, if you would like to return a discounted item, you will receive STORE CREDIT for a future purchase. Take into consideration that shipping fees and discount applied on the initial order will be deducted from the value of the coupon.
