Returns for full price styles

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer full refunds for unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise within 10 days from the date on which you received the parcel. The item must have all its original tags still attached and intact. Please include the original invoice inside the package along with the returns form. If the item was a gift, the name of the purchaser must be noted.

All refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Prices are in USD, therefore refunds will be made for the original value paid in USD.

​Exchanges are processed as a new order. We will refund your original form of payment for the value of the returned merchandise and charge you for the new order. 

​Once we receive the package in perfect conditions, our team will process the refund. This process can take 3-5 working days.

Our warehouses are located in Shanghai and Spain. Orders from Europe are shipped from our warehouse in Spain and the rest of the world from Shanghai. Returns for the US will be managed locally.

The original shipping charge for online orders under 300$ is not refunded.

Please note that we do not refund shipping costs, or any duties or taxes incurred. The return shipping charge to our warehouse are at your own cost. CeliaB Co. LTD will not cover any customs charges. 

Please ensure that you keep a note of your tracking and proof of postage until your return has been fully processed.

​Returns for discounted styles

Items on SALE or past collections are not refundable, if you would like to return a discounted item, you will receive STORE CREDIT for a future purchase. Take into consideration that shipping fees and discount applied on the initial order will be deducted from the value of the coupon.
