Order Processing:

Orders are processed on the following business day, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

Celia B does not cover customs charges.

Delivery Time:

We´ll try to ship your order as soon as possible. However, shipping of your items may take up to 10 working days. In cases where you've ordered multiple pieces, partial deliveries may occur based on stock availability.

Warehouse Locations:

Our warehouses are situated in Shanghai, Spain, and the US. European Union orders are dispatched from our Spain warehouse, while the rest of the world orders are shipped from Shanghai. Returns for the US will be handled locally.

Refund Policy:

For online orders under $300, the original shipping charge is non-refundable. Please note that shipping costs, duties, and taxes incurred are also non-refundable. Return shipping charges to our warehouse are the responsibility of the customer. Celia B does not cover customs charges. Keep track of your return with the provided tracking information and proof of postage until the return is fully processed.

Sale Items:

Items on sale are non-refundable. If you decide to return a discounted item, you will receive a COUPON for a future purchase. Keep in mind that shipping fees and discounts applied to the initial order will be deducted from the value of the coupon.
